- Drive and lead the marketing side of the business to ensure business goals and targets are being met.- Liaise with negotiants/brokers/merchants to develop the trading sales activities.- Create an integrated 12-month marketing plan to create and maintain good brand awareness in Singapore and tap high net-worth individuals for sales generation.- Work with management to set sales goals and ensures that they are achieved apart from preparing sales forecast.- Develop and deliver sustaining marketing and communications strategy for a higher brand recall among our target market.- Develop social media and brand presence in the digital space by creating a digital marketing campaign through social media, influencer marketing, and SEM among others.- Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends in the industry.

• Answering all e-mail inquiries of Nokia end-users from Philippines, Malaysia & Singapore• Ensure that the client’s technical difficulties on their hand phones are always maintained and solved.• To monitor the fulfilment/completion of the customers’ queries and problems to ensure that the expected service level is met• To avoid escalation of e-mail complaints into claims by working with the customers in a manner ensuring continuity of a positive business relationship• To help the voice team if e-mail queuing are done
