CurrentManage national crew of workstation support technicians. Supporting approximately 10,000 users and endpoints globally and nationwide.Interface with Local, National and International parent company to establish service and support protocols. Define workstation and End User Computing standards for corporation. Participate in parent company governance boards.Create and maintain hardware / software refresh intake and refresh. Manage compute and related assets. Provide regular health, inventory and risk reporting on assets.Work with senior management to plan new assets acquisitions and retire older hardware.Identify and resolve computing and logistic problems as they arise.Determine current need and establish near term through 5 year planning based on analysis of current activity and data.
