Starting in the fall of 2024 I am interning for St Clair Properties, which is a Real Estate development firm based in Eugene Oregon. During my internship, I am assisting in the financial analysis and modeling of acquisitions and ground of development projects.

For 3 years I joined LMC Construction on their project management team where I oversaw new construction projects in the Pacific Northwest. I worked with the team to execute contracts, and schedules, and manage strict budgets. I gained knowledge in understanding how a general contractor runs their business and boosts client relations.

Worked with a team to develop a useful set of skills in the construction industry. We created a mock project over 12 weeks, were we created a building and we through the entire process of construction.
