I also help clients litigate disputes involving restrictive covenants such as non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, as well as conflicts over the use of trade secrets and other confidential information.My practice is multi-faceted. When I’m not serving as a counselor or advocate, I’m helping parties get to "yes" through alternative dispute resolution. I serve as a private mediator, volunteer mediator for the EEOC, and court-appointed mediator in the federal court system. In case you are wondering, I do sleep. But, not much.

For over a decade, I have mediated disputes between employers and employees only. Pair this with the depth of knowledge gained through years of private practice as an employment lawyer and my obsessive writing on all things employment law, and I am a go-to neutral for both employee-rights and management-side attorneys to resolve disputes for their clients.Not only do I mediate privately, but I volunteer in the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Mediation Program, and serve a mediator in multiple federal courts.

Several times each year, I serve on three-arbitrator panels (often as panel Chairperson) as part of the Compulsory Arbitration Program in the First Judicial District's (Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County).
