Current-Developing and leading a team that supports ten specialty/emergency veterinary hospitals in Northern CA in marketing efforts, including B2B relationship building, digital, events, and analytics. -Creating a structure that is enabling us to maximize our efforts and reach in new, scalable ways to drive relationships first followed by referrals and revenue -Involved in multiple national committees focused on innovative solutions, particularly involving technology, to operational and marketing challenges-Helped create a data analytics app that is now used company-wide and presented on it at a national conference-As a part of our regional leadership team, I am involved with goal setting, responding to market changes, creating and executing marketing plans, CRM, improving client experience, meeting revenue goals, and more
