- Developed yearly fundraising and engagement plans for list of 100 donors- Worked with development team to implement a comprehensive and balanced fundraising plan focused on resource development to engage donor support through individual contributions, corporate partnerships, and in-kind donations to support the mission of the organization- Coordinated all aspects of two major fundraising events, The Hope Golf Classic & The Hope Gala, meeting event attendance & revenue goals while exposing the organization's mission to new donors and friends- Identified opportunities for involvement at each event in the form of sponsorships and/or partnerships, leading to an overall increase in revenue by nearly 20% over each prior year- Developed and managed donor education materials.
