I work as a consultant helping some of the top companies in the US solve their data problems. My work at Slalom has included data science, machine learning, data engineering, process automation, and dashboard solutions for Fortune 100 companies including Centene, Pepsi, Charter Communications, and H&R Block. Some examples of this work:— Selected as Delivery Solution Lead for a team of 6 working to create a scalable AWS pipeline that used ML to automatically parse information from thousands of complex healthcare contracts, resulting in an 80x speedup of the original manual process and a team performance award from Slalom. — Created custom ML models to perform tasks such as de-duplicate a Snowflake database for better client base understanding, client segmentation for customer strategy, and feature selection for retail location strategy. — Designed and implemented various data pipelines in AWS and Azure to aggregate disparate data sources and replace static reporting with dynamic dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, leading to significantly speeding up processes, reducing manual error, and improving insight communication.— Ingested and ultized Census Bureau APS data and IRS data for office location analysis, improving the client's understanding of how they perform in various markets across the country. — Grew from brand new consultant to frequently presenting key decision-driving results to client senior leadership.

I was the lead instructor for the LaunchCode Women+ Data Analysis cohorts, providing free education to women entering the tech field from a variety of backgrounds. I developed teaching materials and lead weekly classes for 20+ students on vital skills such as SQL, Tableau, Python programming, exploratory data analysis, and data modeling.
