 Support all recruiting work of shanghai office and Moganshan site.  Regulate the entire recruitment process, follow up the recruitment progress of each project, and comb out the different business structure.  Working with hiring manager to identify the job opening, budget.  Identify recruitment requirements and profile positions to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the recruitment process Diversify recruiting channel, like campus and sociality channel. Set up candidate pipeline.  Screen resume through different channel, and find suitable candidate.  Do the telephone interview/face to face interview with candidate, know the details of candidates’ background including education, working and salary.  Arrange the telephone/wechat/ face to face Interview for hiring manager and candidates.  Offer negotiating.
