Throughout my experiences, I have always been curious about the crossover between social change and organizations. I initially developed this interest through my education at the University of Michigan, where I majored in English and business with a concentration in applied positive psychology. Wanting to develop my curiosity around how individuals are shaped by corporations, I began working as a human capital consultant at Mercer after graduation. My work there primarily focuses on organizational change and its impact on employees. I further develop my passion for social change by volunteering with Mighty Writers - a nonprofit that cultivates students' writing skills in West Philadelphia - as a workshop leader and mentor. These experiences constantly challenge my perspective, and I look forward to learning more about how to create positive change.
