ZeroDegrees is a research, UX design, and development firm supporting clients such as TJX, BJ's,Northeastern University, and Vistaprint. Projects range from competitive analysis, moderated andunmoderated testing,  taxonomy studies, to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that mimic livesite experiences. Here I oversaw multiple UX, design, and web development projects, including with the firm'slargest customer. My role also entailed overhauling the firm's sales process and establishingcommunication and reporting formats to ensure better expectations setting.
