Women's Auxiliary support the Box Hill RSL Sub-Branch in carrying out the objects of the League and the social and welfare aspects of the Sub-Branch. Any female who is a full member of the RSL can join the Women's Auxiliary. Meetings of our members are held once a month with guest speakers and various activities ie; raffles, trade table, lucky numbers, etc. The auxiliary runs various inhouse activities, together with outdoor functions and Mothers Day/Fathers Day and Christmas Raffles. Also part of the Box Hill RSL Knitters Group who knit for the following groups: • Wantirna Health Palliative & Aged CareBox Hill Hospital Emergency Department• St Kilda Mums• Upton House Box Hill• St Vinnies for the homeless• Cottage by the Sea

Greenlink Box Hill Incorporated is a voluntary organisation that grows and sells plants that are indigenous to the greater Whitehorse area of Melbourne. Our activities focus on propagating plants at our nursery in Box Hill North and re-establishing them in their natural habitats. Greenlink works in conjunction with the City of Whitehorse Parks, Melbourne Water and various other councils.Manage key administrative task such as Nursery Management System, Policy and Procedure documentation, Website updates and management, Social media, organise seminars/workshop, event organiser, maintain membership, seed audit and presentations/templates.

Box Hill Baptist Church Team and it's volunteers come together for a tremendously good cause, to fight food waste, save valuable food and feed our community. We give away free excess fruit, bread and baked treats every Thursday and Saturday generously donated by local community businesses. We provide to the local residents, local community and those less fortunate this much needed food and also deliver to the neighourhood.

DCGI is a Multi-Cultural Community Gardens based in Doncaster Victoria which has 74 member families each “farming vegetables” on one or more garden plots. Of these families, only five are “Australian” which means that English is a second language for 69 families. The total garden plots are on approximately three acres.Help manage the administrative running of the community garden, organise notices, interpreter for the Italian community, help with precinct maintenance, financial oversight, cultivate and grow organic vegetables.

Volunteer in a commercial kitchen preparing and processing various foods eg: lasagnas both bolognese and vegetarian. cannelloni, quiches, spanakopita, apricot shortbread biscuits, just to name a few.
