Successfully managed the growth of the company from 30 engineers to 110. Took on key role of evolving a company culture, implementing new processes, communication channels and workflows, which result was the highly elated acceptance from the BD and Product development departments in US toward the engineering team.Supervised and managed the implementation of the SCRUM methodology.Coordinated and manage the Project Managers work. Supervised the distributed development team, staff of 20, and actively participated in building a new PHP development framework resulting a database and OS independent framework, which is the core system deployed in different environment.Supervised a small group of system administrators, solving several maintenance issues in heterogeneous network and server infrastructure, making possible for small companies with distributed office network to achieve sustainable growth.Introduced and developed best practices for software quality enhancement and development, including CVS, SVN, SCRUM methodology, configuration/build tools, automated regression testing, documentation design, coding practices.Contributed in design the applied telework methodology, writing several essays and protocols and lead the development team of 5 programmers to make web based programs for project and time management; it makes possible to communicate with Hungary -s largest telework society.

Design and implement e-learning strategies, changing the company’s policy about e-learning development, moving from framework development to content development; wich helped the Synergon to find new markets and to sell more framework deploy and customization.Played key role in the project of transition from the old, inefficient e-learning system, resulting hundreds of thousand dollars in lost revenue, to new, state-of-the- art e-learning application that created potential for future business growth, and improved MOL’s (Hungarian Oil Company, ten thousands of employees) competitive position.Creating a new E-Learning content development system, which is capable of generating SCORM compatible courses with pictures, flash movies, customizable templates; it was used by five specialists, creating three new courses per week.Creating pre-sales presentations, helping in sales process, understanding the special needs of customers and translate it into technical plans.Maintaining the Company’s Unix based web server, suggesting and implementing the configuration changes, I fixed up, up to 50 security holes, resulting a web host with much less security threat.Helping in the Company’s own web development, customizing the new content- management system, making the content modifications easier.

I have designed a new e-learning framework from scratch; coordinating, leading the one year development cycle in UNIX – Perl – Apache environment; the framework was deployed for six client next year.Designing and coordinating a new LMS and LCMS system development; creating a new html based course editor with rich text editor and SCORM capabilities.Designing e-learning methodology, which had been the first complex methodology in the country, at that time; it enabled to employ distributed experts and keep the high quality in creating e-learning courses.
