At CJIB, In 2024 around 20 Product Owners have started in a newly created function. A team of AGile Coaches have been hired to help these Product Owners being successful. As an Agile Coach, I focus on Product Owners to deliver value effectively while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. My key contributions include coaching Product Owners to enhance their skills, facilitating the creation of a Product Owner competency group, and driving environmental improvements to support agile ways of working. By aligning people, processes, and practices, I help achieve sustainable growth and deliver impactful results.

I help to set up learning and agile organizations. I advise, coach and train with a focus on growth. Growth of leadership. Growth of people. Growth of teams. Growth of customer satisfaction. Growth of Business.

In 2017 I started as a PST (Professional Scrum Trainer) teaching the PSM course. Over time I added the PSM II, PAL-E, PSPO and PSPO-A training to my training license.I have trained over a 1700 participants in public and private courses.

At Ecochain I facilitate internal trainings and workshops with teams and the management. Next to that I coach and mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

With a group of 13 Product Owners I kick-started and supervised a Product Owners Expert Program on behalf of Lely.In 6 modules of 1 day, various Product Owner Advanced topics were covered such as Vision & Strategy, Stakeholder management and Value management. The modules combined theory, practical exercises and intervision. # Teaching Agile Product Management theory and practices.# Supervising group discussions and intervision.

With a group of 10 Product Owners I kick-started and supervised a Product Owners Expert Program on behalf of Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences.In 8 modules of 1 day, various Product Owner Advanced topics were covered such as Vision & Strategy, Stakeholder management and Value management. The modules combined theory, practical exercises and intervision. # Teaching Agile Product Management theory and practices.# Supervising group discussions and intervision.# Advising on how to embed the role of the PO in the organization

At CJIB I trained a group of Product Owners in a 4 day learning journey. Later I advised management and HR on how to formalize the PO role within the organization.

As a senior Transformation Consultant I work with senior management. I facilitate trainings and workshops to increase the knowledge level regarding Agile organization design and Agile Leadership. Together with the Management Team I co-create the organisation vision, a change strategy and -roadmap.

As a Process Coach/Consultant I was part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) team (5 fte). Our mission was to facilitate and encourage continuous improvement in our product development process. We aimed to improve all different product development disciplines, roles and organizational levels (team, program, portfolio).The main goal was to transform the organization from a project minded into a product minded company (continuous development flow). We used the Scaled Agile Framework as a reference model in this transition.In this role I also coached teams, product owners, architects and management in adopting Agile principles and practices.

Responsible for initiating, managing and closing projects. The projects create new hardware and software products or expand existing products commissioned by the product management department.The development is partly done in-house and partly outsourced or purchased. The project results are being transferred to operations (training, sales, support, logistics) and the R&D maintenance organization.In addition to the operational role as a project manager, I was regularly actively involved in organizational improvement projects, applying Agile and Lean principles and practices.Project characteristics:• Team size: 5-25 persons (mix of permanent and hired staff)• Team members: product managers, architects, requirement engineers, software engineers, test engineers, technical writers, purchasers.• Budget: € 50,000 - € 2,500,000• Lead time: 6-18 months
