For over thirty years, I have been obsessed with understanding how we help each other "get along." I have always wondered how we can teach children, families and working communities the skills and the fearlessness to 'stay in the room' when conflict arises. To be honest, I know that a good part of this 'obsession' was to teach my own body how to work with conflict and use the power of conflict to strengthen and empower me rather than crush me.This preoccupation led me to graduate studies and an eventual PhD focused on conflict and community.As a conflict facilitator and coach I help executives, leaders and employees navigate conflict, change and crisis in the workplace. By providing work communities with the tools and the practice to foster a culture of transparency and wellness, leaders build resilience with their teams so that employees manage change and uncertainty through courageous innovation. I partner with executives, managers, team members and communities who want to gain the skills to stay in the room when conflict arises. Clients learn to transform painful struggle into healthy/productive outcomes. Clients are provided with the tools and the practice to wage good conflict in the workplace.Clients incorporate practice, rehearsal and script development in real time situations. This includes support with Performance Management, Inappropriate Behaviour at Work Issues and Toxic Work Environments.
