As an Analyst and Associate, I prepared investment memorandums, financial models, and potential client pitches for a wide variety of commercial real estate product types and capital structures. I focused on distressed and complex transactions such as joint ventures, mezzanine debt sales, and structured financing deals. Performed underwriting, structuring, modeling, and valuation for a variety of asset classes across the capital structure.

CSG Investments, Inc. is a distressed debt investment company and subsidiary of Beal Bank. As a Financial Analyst on the Securitized Products Desk, my role was to conduct investment screening, underwriting, valuation, and analysis on non-agency residential mortgage backed securities (RMBS), commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS), and other distressed credit opportunities.
