My responsibilities extended beyond just managing the ice cream production and crafting personable dessert orders; I also took on the task of grilling food items, which added to the diverse offerings of the shop. This experience honed my interpersonal skills, as I regularly interacted with both customers and staff, resolving issues, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment. I also maintained a clean work environment by thoroughly cleaning the shop throughout the shift.
