• Reduced flow to the sanitary system by disconnecting private property downspouts to reduce the risk of basement flooding• Analyzed data from onsite inspections of properties weekly to provide quality service to the clients and data from dye testing of the sanitary systems to ensure success of the program• Visited over 1,000 homes and conducted over 200 risk assessments due to the location of the downspouts on the property• Directly enhanced the performance of the project by accelerating the timeline which, resulted in 3000 more properties visited
