• Conducting various research tasks (mainly based on internet sources), drafting reports, official documents and providing background material concerning current political issues• Assisting the Embassy Staff in performing special duties, such as, but not limited to, logistical and organizational support during events, conferences and participate in other outreach events and activities and when necessary represent the Embassy at various functions, conferences and seminars in Hungary.• Support with local news summary of relevant news stories form the major regional newspapers and webpages and identify and develop content for the Embassy’s multiple online platforms• Scanning local and regional media according to the priorities of the Embassy and prepare summaries of stories relevant to the Embassy in English• Assisting the social media specialist to track social media platforms to identify news stories regarding key topics that involves the Embassy.
