- Building Modis' Central Poland brand&branch from scratch,- Building & developing & effective management of sales and delivery team,- Responsibility for revenue & margin level + oversee all aspects of the branch day to day activities, - Co-Development of services portfolio, strategy for Modis Poland and all the processes connected to IT Staffing area,- Putting pressure on quality assurance of services and taking care of all crucial Company' aspects.

BDM responsibilities:- Building IT outsourcing division (formerly ITMO) from scratch,- Acquire new customers and creating long-term relationships with IT and Procurement decision makers,- Close cooperation with HR department to have better understanding of customers' needs, - Responsible for IT Contractors (+30 at peak),- Responsible for all the body leasing processes (negotiations with customers and contractors, taking care of both sides, alignment of expectations, coordinating delivery activities based on priorities etc.). TL responsibilities:- Recruit, select, onboard, train sales reps,- Motivating and coaching sales team on a daily basis,- Planning and organizing team work & solving issues,- Responsible for the budget and margin level.
