Responsibility;- Business and resource management at a nuclear power plant for Vattenfall Services, which operates as a consultancy within the energy sector. Managed personnel ranged from 35 to 200 people depending on the season. - Supervised various engineers, project managers, team managers, and technicians, who were assigned to projects within nuclear-, wind-, hydro-, and thermal power-industries, as well as other sectors. - Oversaw maintenance projects undertaken by Vattenfall Services for various clients, primarily within the energy industry. - Negotiated customer and subcontractor contracts.Accomplishments;* Led a major maintenance project involving over 100 personnel during a maintenance review. Successfully completed the project ahead of schedule and below budget. * Turned a negative financial result into a positive one within a year by securing and winning more long-term, engineering-intensive assignments.

Responsibility; - Planning and execution of mechanical maintenance at Ringhals 1 & 2. - Involved in the development of maintenance for the entire Ringhals nuclear power plant.Accomplishments;* Initiated LEAN thinking and values and trained managers and colleagues in this.

Maintenance;- Responsible for the entire machinery / equipment and property maintenance.- Developed maintenance strategies and shifted the focus from corrective to preventive maintenance.Accomplishment;* More than doubled the time between unplanned interruptions in the machinery and improved maintenance efficiency using system support.Production Technology;- Responsible for calculating new jobs, standardizing, and industrializing internal and customer projects.- Responsible for internal projects such as Operational Excellence.- Responsible for outsourcing projects to low-cost countries (Lithuania) and insourcing projects (Spain).- Served as a LEAN expert and trainer, implementing LEAN thinking and strategy.Accomplishment;* Responsible for relocating production from a factory in Spain during full production, worth approximately 40 MSEK, without stopping customer operations or causing customer complaints.
