Responsible for technical execution of the product strategy from initial concept to finished merchandise in stores. Development and execution of the technology and sourcing strategy and integrating closely with the buying and design functions in implementing the retail strategy. Driving quality management system and standards; managing the ethical and social compliance of supply base; driving the delivery of innovation and new product development

Leading and managing the Quality Assurance and Customer Services team. Driving the organisations quality strategy and continuous improvement programme. As TQM Champion responsible for driving the quality strategy and culture; TQM training and development programmes; setting up and implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Green House Areas in manufacturing units; implementing and maintaining the ISO 9002 Quality Management system and Oeketex 100 Standard. Repsonsible for customer liaison and managing customer claims
