Led the user training / customer education team for a healthcare consulting and software firm. Created online training, self-service support resources, and documentation for a healthcare financial management platform with over 600,000 users. Assisted the product development team with UX design and usability testing. Advised the company's clients (i.e. major U.S. healthcare systems) on learning & development.

Helped multiple Fortune 500 companies create online training programs for remote employees. Responsibilities included instructional design, multimedia production, and training of trainers. Projects included product training and soft skills training for Microsoft Xbox technical support agents, JP Morgan Chase telebanking representatives and Rogers Wireless customer service staff.

Designed a series of masterclasses on economics and politics for the Washington Post Online, with a group of Pulitzer Prize winning columnists serving as subject matter experts.

Developed a wide range of digital learning content across multiple disciplines (Math, Science, Reading, Social Studies.) Managed projects from initial concept through writing, production, QA, deployment, and ongoing support. Coordinated the work of authors, editors, graphic designers, UX designers and e-learning developers. Served as Instructional Designer and UX Designer for the first entirely online middle grades Math program adopted by public schools in the United States. Also developed learning games for kids including one where circus fleas measured toy cars by jumping over them and another where kids hurled Koosh balls at expensive interactive whiteboards to answer math questions.
