CurrentCurrently Managing ICP Program & Projects under MOHADay to day job scope:• As a Program Manager in monitoring all projects delivered by foreign / local contractorsusing Microsoft Project, scheduled meetings, etc, and report back to stakeholders (MOHA)• Reporting and preparing progress for overall offset projects, technical evaluation andtechnical report based on requirement by Program Owner/ Procuring Agency.• To ensure execution of ICP Program comply to Malaysian ICP Framework, as stipulated inthe current ICP Policy in Pekeliling Perbendaharaan Kementerian Kewangan (under PK 1.7)• Assisting in audit assessment to our local project recipients by TDA Audit team• To conduct, and chaired progress meeting with OEM and stakeholders related to ICP Program• Liaising with foreign / local contractors on project deliverables & progress, and facilitatethem in any matters or issue arising thus maintaining good relationship.• Assisting in Data Gathering (industry & technology) on focus sector which the date will beconsolidated into ICP Strategic Document (ISD) ICP Requirement Documents (IRD).• Preparing internal budget for overall ICP program monitoring• Involved in internal and external audit (ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System)• Member of internal team for preparing, writing and publishing Organisational AntiCorruption Plan (OACP)• Assisting in preparation of Offset Agreement/LoU by providing inputs, drafting agreementand to ensure to protect government interest.• Giving input in reviewing ICP Policy based on best current practices and assisting infurther enhancing from time to time through collaboration with Policy Owner, BPK MOF.
