Hands-on UI design, interaction design, UX design, and coding. Understood business landscape, gathered user insights to influence roadmap & prioritization of product backlogs. Led product features from conception through to execution and release by coordinating across functions and stakeholders.

Joined expanding Belgrade office with the immediate task to streamline processes and reorganize user flows for the existing platform. Worked with PMs, design team and engineers to build optimal solutions for the existing and newly requested features.

Part of the core team, analyzed user stories, created user flows, wireframes, prototypes and collaborated with product owner and designers. Design directions, front-end coding and implementation, setting html/css coding quality standards, procedures, and infrastructure. Responsible for creating platform core elements and components (stylesheet) to support rapid development of new platform modules.

Part of the UI/UX team and lead HTML/CSS coder. Optimized existing code and implemented new features. Involved both in the customer-facing web page and app development. Collaborated with a small team to deliver MVP in time. The project later became humanity.com.
