★ Representative Experience in Employment Matters: ● Representation of employer in connection with allegations of Hostile Work Environment – Sexual Harassment and Retaliation Claims brought under California Fair Employment and Housing Act. ● Representation of employer in class action matters involving allegations of wage and hours claims, time-clock rounding, donning and doffing, and compliance with the Los Angeles Living Wage Ordinance. ● Representation of employer in connection with proceedings to compel arbitration of wrongful termination claims.★ Representative Experience in Other Matters: ● Representation of a manufacturer of water treatment products in connection with claims of product defects, breach of contract, and fraud claims.

★ Legal Writing and Research: ● Perform legal research and draft research memoranda ● Draft party, witness and attorney declarations for motions and chain of evidence documentation; ● Draft correspondence to clients and opposing counsel; ● Analyze contracts and draft memoranda of analysis of contract terms; ● Draft document production and discovery agreements; ● Summarize deposition transcripts.★ Investigations: ● Investigate illicit distribution of products for gray market diversion, trademark infringement, unfair competition and counterfeiting cases.★ eDiscovery and Traditional Discovery: ● Participate extensively in all aspects of eDiscovery, including litigation holds, electronic document collections, review and production; ● Principal responsibility to design and supervise large document review projects, including direct supervision of attorney review teams for Fortune 100 company; ● Train attorneys on eDiscovery issues; ● Design and implement targeted searches for preparation and support for depositions, expert witness reviews, motions, mediations and trial; ● Analyze documents for privilege protections; ● Prepare privilege logs; Ensure compliance with protective orders, stipulations and local rules; ● Prepare chronologies of case events and documentary evidence for case development and trial preparation. ★ Motion Practice: ● Select, prepare and verify exhibits, declarations and other evidence for summary judgment motions, preliminary injunction motions, motions to compel discovery and other motions.★ Trial: ● Provide support for commercial plaintiff and defense litigation through trial and appeal. ● Supported commercial litigation defense trial through dismissal after 2-day evidentiary hearing.

★ Draft immigrant and non-immigrant petitions for corporate clients, including: ● I-140 (Multinational Executives, Multinational Managers, Outstanding Researchers); ● O-1 (Individuals with Extraordinary Abilities in Sciences and Business); ● L-1A (Multinational Managers); ● L-1B (Specialized Knowledge); ● H-1B (Specialty Occupation); ● B-1 (Domestic Helper).★ Draft National Interest Waivers for the EB-2 Category.★ Draft an intensive J-1 Hardship Waiver.★ Draft responses to USCIS Requests for Evidence for immigrant and non-immigrant petitions.
