- Budgeting and forecasting- Working on new markets- Managing the site for the new branch to make sure that the opening will be on time- Following up receivables and payables aging- Handling the management of the company- Setting new policies and procedures to match business needs- Increasing sales- Dealing with suppliers and customers- Conducting daily issuance of sales orders and quotations.- Auditing incoming and outgoing stock- Coordinating with all departments to deliver a good operation and service- Preparing P&L, reports and analysis presentations- Setting up the display of the showrooms- Visiting suppliers- Creating service and maintenance department- Supervising and managing stock and warehouse- Training and supervising sales, maintenance and warehouse team- Leading warehouse rearrangement and introducing new shelving system - Responsible for payments and cost control

- Making Daily entries- Auditing inventories and cash sales invoices and decreasing cash commission discounts- Coordinating and following up with affiliates in all financials tasks- Handling new and renewals of short term loans from banks - Controlling suppliers invoices and preparing their payments as mentioned in the contracts - Managing the filing and creating new display matching with our needs - Working to implement the new system ERP, double checking to make sure system is fully functional, and consistency between old and new system- Preparing payroll and bonuses based on companies policies - Preparing receivables aging- P&L, reports and analysis presentations - Lunching the 5s system - Preparing the set ISO standards
