As Financial Manager for Capri Private Student Organisation (PSO) you are required to set up the annual budget for the PSO. This is done by working closely together with the other House Committee members to understand their different portfolio's financial needs and collate them into the annual budget. After the budget is prepared you are responsible for the allocation of the right amount of funds to the correct portfolio. As Financial Manager you are also required to prepare and get the necessary authorisation for payments on the university's financial system. The Financial Manager is also responsible for overseeing ways to generate funds for the PSO. Other duties include being involved in the leadership of the PSO. Together with the rest of the House Committee, the Financial Manager votes on important matters that will see future growth for the PSO.
