After working for 19 years on new product developments my position changed to prodution support and problem solving. My last position was associate scientist. Over the years substancial experience was aquired in acrylic emuslion polymerization in both new product development and process optimization. The work within the position consisted of solving production problems, optimizing production processes and when required transfers or tolling internal or external.During the period employed by DSM, former PolyVinyl, a broad experience was gained in the development of waterborne acrylic emulsions, water borne acrylic urethanes hybrids, and suspension polymerization for a broad number of application aere's. The last 12 years the empasis was turned on production support, including process optimization, and problem solving within the production of waterborne acrylic emulsions. Hereby stimulating and supporting process operators in conducting the processes in the most optimum way.
