Shoprite is Africa's largest retailer. As cross-functional Business Analyst, I support the MediRite division, which is the third-largest retail pharmacy group in South Africa. It operates across a number of Sub-Saharan countries.Primary focus:- Enhance pharmaceutical retail business capabilities and functions across multiple countries- Specifically, define the requirements for and work with the cross-functional team and suppliers to implement a central patient management solution that is fully integrated with the existing pharmacy systems.- Serve as Application Owner / Solution Owner in the cross-functional delivery team; collaborates with the Business Owner.- Document and maintain combined pharmacy retail processes and business requirements- Contributed to solution and application roadmaps, milestones and priorities.- Evaluate proposed supplier solutions to determine fit for purpose (eg. RFI/RFP), industry regulatory and other compliance (eg. GDPR)- Work across physical store, contact centre, mobile and internet channels.- Information Analysis (focused on customer/patient, product)- Develop business solution acceptance assessments- Assess change management requirements- Business analysis in IT and other business areas- Facilitate implementation of Google Forms and Kanbanize as business tools- Contribute to business analysis competency
