I have over 15 years of analytical experience with the Department of the Airforce. I have been an analyst for the F-16, F-22 and C-130 weapons systems, 309th Aircraft Maintenance Group as the Voluntary Protection Program Manager/Analyst, 309th Maintenance Support Group as the Manpower Analyst and I am currently the 531 CMMXS Lead Management and Program Analyst. I am primarily responsible for tracking, monitoring, and developing a variety of analytical reports to accurately identify areas of strengths, as well as areas of improvement/growth to enhance the squadrons overall productivity and effectiveness. As the lead analyst for the squadron, I am involved with all aspects of production from cradle-to-grave. I assist senior leadership in fully understanding how their business is operating on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases. I help senior leaders identify improvement areas such as: efficiency, yield, output-per-man, indirect labor, throughput, on-time deliveries, flow days, awaiting maintenance days, on work balances (first-in and first-out), parts supportability, etc. I perform in-depth analysis on forecasting, planning, implementation, and production execution to ensure the squadron is postured to successfully execute and fully support our customer requirements and warfighters needs. I establish and maintain a great working relationship with our Ogden, Warner Robins, and Tinker Source of Supply customers, so we can proactively collaborate as a team to develop and implement an accurate R2D2 (Requirements Review and Depot Determination) and production plan, in order to implement an accurate fiscal year budget, manpower, parts forecasting, equipment, and other recourses. I am extremely grateful to be a part of the United States Air Force and I take great pride in making a positive impact by improving upon our current processes and implementing new process to help the Air Force strategically accomplish its overarching mission.
