While working at LPI Technical Services, I had the responsibility of assisting several of the administrative staff at a fast-paced government contracting facility. I assisted with filing, organizing, and copying various documents and paperwork within the Payables, Contracts, Security, HR, and Purchasing departments. This included timesheets, invoices, and purchases orders; as well as maintaining the daily purchasing logs and spreadsheets located on the company's online server.

During my final semester of undergraduate studies, I was allowed the opportunity to do a semester long independent study, with the assistance of my faculty advisor, Douglas Klutz. I did an extensive research paper on the evolution of the Juvenile Justice System, which focused on the past and future of the system. This involved using and implementing the research skills I have acquired during my undergraduate years in order to successfully complete the assignment.

I worked along side Dr. Jeffery Parker as an UTA for his Developmental Psychology (PY 352) course at the University of Alabama. It was my job to collect and record all of my designated sections’ in class participation points and grade their participation in an online discussion forum. I also attended weekly meetings to discuss and plan the objectives for class each week. During the spring semester, I continued to work with Dr. Parker and his psychology seminar class. This involved designating class assignments, grading assignments, leading classroom discussions, and providing a helpful environment for both the enrolled students and the professor
