- Provide an excellent shopping experience for guests - Complete daily operations tasks and manage the sales floor- Drive sales by approaching guests with the latest promos and product sales, and assisting them with any questions about the brand or our products- Able to motivate the team and provide guidance and support to grow their sales techniques - Actively merchandise the various sections of the store and keep everything up to company standards- Push Volcom’s rewards program to create lasting relationships with returning customers- Create an upbeat work and shopping environment

- Provide a smooth and easy transition for guests switching phone carriers or needing assistance with tech problems- Troubleshoot issues accordingly and be an understanding and welcoming face for any company - Training and preparing other team members for this sales role- Able to drive sales by approaching guests and conversing with them about their cellular plans and needs- Provide excellent customer service

- Pick, pack, and ship products as requested by customers- Memorize packaging designs that clients gave to suit their brand and execute them accurately, swiftly, and neatly- Taking inventory of products- Loading and unloading palettes of inventory, assembling products, and general organization and maintenance of the workspace. - Great attention to detail and can execute demands in an efficient and timely manner.
