My current role with the company is assisting patients with Doctor On Demand and Included Health via multiple platforms. Helping to schedule appointments, troubleshoot the app, resolve any issues the patient may have. Documenting any changes made to a patient’s account, documenting the issues and solutions to any issue the patient may have. Casework during low call volume, data entry.Assisting customers of HelloFresh and EveryPlate with delivery issues, product issues, providing information regarding goods and services offered by HelloFresh and EveryPlate in a timely and professional manner, resolving any issue the customers may have, providing outstanding service.I previously worked on the Chegg campaign as a customer advocate. I take interactions on voice and chat platforms using the CRM software Gladly. I problem solve, update information, process returns and refunds, cancel/pause accounts while providing outstanding service to our customers.
