- Establishing long/short term multi-disciplinary strategy for market penetration- Identifying and creating a Go-To-Market plan for potential areas of growth- Developing and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with customer decision makers across local and regional agencies- Negotiating prices, contracts and projects development- Elevating the internal production standards and imposing a non-competitive edge of value

- Developing a 5-courses academic program for Computer Games Design- Introducing 3D applications for gaming & VFX- Familiarizing the students in marketing techniques related to interactive media

- Managing the agency’s most profitable retainers’ accounts (KARADENIZ Power ships, SCUDERIA Ferrari, LGB Bank, COLORTEK, King Foods (Burger King), NESTLE, LG Electronics, STARBUCKS, OSN Dubai, etc.)- Developing business proposals and strategic yearly Plans or tactical activations- Leading the English copywriting tasks from drafting press releases, yearly reports, dedicated articles and proofreading
