Leading a global team across Indonesia, Poland, Denmark, and the USA, we collaboratively address compute requirements, whether on-premises or across multiple clouds.In the first 12 months, we optimized operations, reducing OPEX and CAPEX costs by 12 million DKK. Achievements include migrating file storage to SharePoint, decommissioning physical servers in sales offices, transitioning from on-prem VDI Horizon to Azure Virtual Desktop, and consolidating tools.These efforts streamlined our service catalog, accelerated incident closure, and allowed dedicated time for learning. Success is driven by setting realistic and achievable team OKRs.

Having the main responsibility for our retail stores globally, on the network infrastructure part. I ensures that the stores can operate securely and stable, also when some of the big sales days are ongoing (black Friday, Cyber monday, Singledays etc.)Second responsibility is to ensure clients can securely connect on both LAN and WLAN, controlled via Cisco ISE on both Full Stack Meraki and traditional Cisco equipment, together with a team colleague designing the landscape for this. Besides that, I do also operate in ECCO's IT duty team, where I delivers 24/7 standby support for critical/major incidents. On the project board I can list up:- Vlan segmentation- Cisco Meraki SD-WAN Infrastructure implementation in the US, Canadian, Australian and Thailand retail market. (300 stores)- Cisco Meraki SD-WAN implementation in more than 15 countries. Where 98% of our MPLS lines was decommission to save cost, and move us towards better cloud connection with DIA connections. - Cisco ISE implementation- Video Collaboration systems, implementation of new Video Collaboration systems in Microsoft Teams house, with a mix of both Cisco Webex devices with CVI and native Teams devices based on Logitech Rally series.
