As a Junior Software Engineer on the Content Experience team, a sub-team of the Online Store team at Emma, the Sleep Company, I implemented sections and components for 25 e-commerce websites. Using Vue.js and Nuxt.js, I focused on ensuring accessibility and usability. Additionally, I connected these components with ContentStack, our content management system.I collaborated closely with my team to deliver impactful features that significantly boosted our conversion rates. I assisted in the migration from Magento to COS (Emma's E-Commerce Platform) and from Nuxt 2 to Nuxt 3, refactoring legacy components to align with the latest technology. I also contributed to implementing a geolocation feature to guide users to the correct store, created Storybook stories for our components, and wrote tests using Vue Test Utils to maintain high code quality.Furthermore, I provided support to web shop owners by addressing their concerns and facilitated communication with internal stakeholders.
