Emilia Pace is a creative, driven and ambitious designer, with a wealth of experience in the design and print industries. While completing her diploma studying visual communications at the Douglas Mawson Institute of Technology, she began working at a printing firm. This was a challenging but fulfilling learning experience, setting the foundations for her long career in the industry. While strengthening her creative skills, she also gained business orientated knowledge and began to recognise how valuable her unique insights were. 

Emilia went onto work for the printing firm for 7 years, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers. In 2009 she became a shareholder/director, specialising in working on small to medium size projects and managing the business. She went beyond the ordinary responsibilities of a designer, investing into the core business through managing areas such as administration, production and strategy. After 17 years, Emilia and her husband Greg, sold Paceprint. Emilia remained as a Senior Graphic Designer, creatively directing and overseeing 3 other designers and working primarily on larger projects. After two years, she felt confident in her business understanding and creative abilities to create her own studio. After extensive market research, Whoyou Creative was founded. In 2018, Whoyou Creative moved into a beautiful new studio to facilitate their growing demands and new ventures, including digital advertising and letterpress printing. The creative agency draws it’s strength from Emilia’s extensive experience and each year continues to grow.

After 17 years Emilia and her husband Greg, sold Paceprint. Emilia and Greg still remained employed for the company for a further 2 years, as Senior Graphic Designer and Manager.
