Before joining Action for Dolphins, Emilia held a pivotal role as the Executive Manager to NAB’s Personal Banking Group Executive. She supported NAB’s Personal Banking leadership team through a period of transformation to deliver its simple and digital ambition to benefit the bank’s ~5 million customers. It was during this transformative period that Emilia honed her leadership abilities to drive large-scale impacts.Emilia’s journey also includes her tenure as a lawyer at NAB and Lander & Rogers, providing her a strong foundation in the intricacies of law. Her dedication to animal protection has been amply demonstrated through her involvement with The Animal Law Institute, an Australian non-profit dedicated to advocating for animal interests through the Australian legal system.Holding a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) from Monash University, along with accreditation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Emilia’s diverse background ensures her exceptional ability to lead and make a substantial difference in our fight for animals, particularly marine animals.
