Before joining Action for Dolphins, Emilia held a pivotal role as the Executive Manager to NAB’s Personal Banking Group Executive. She supported NAB’s Personal Banking leadership team through a period of transformation to deliver its simple and digital ambition to benefit the bank’s ~5 million customers. It was during this transformative period that Emilia honed her leadership abilities to drive large-scale impacts.Emilia’s journey also includes her tenure as a lawyer at NAB and Lander & Rogers, providing her a strong foundation in the intricacies of law.
