Support the MORCA-Georgetown Paralegal Program to help formerly incarcerated individuals gain paralegal certificates through Georgetown Law. Schedule meetings with employers and coordinate with law firms to enhance employment opportunities for Fellows. Manage daily classroom operations, provide emergency assistance and funding to Fellows, and assist with event production.

Managed CLC's case management system, performing data clean-up to ensure accuracy and efficiency in legal programs. Conducted intake and compliance reports for timely and efficient data reporting, supporting grants and program performance. Collaborated with staff to streamline data processes and enhance reporting and program evaluation quality. Analyzed client feedback to create a comprehensive memo; presented findings and recommendations to improve program outcomes.

Worked as a collaborator on two ongoing studies: the CAFE Project and the Eye Tracking Project (ETP). Conducted onboarding Zoom calls for CAFE and tracked, coded, and synthesized participant screen time data. Led cognitive assessments with children 8-9mo for ETP and coded video data of early social communication tasks. Volunteered 60 hours/semester as a part of the Georgetown Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program.

Georgetown Health Education ServicesSupported HES initiatives by working as the social media manager and program assistant. Created health-related content for college students on Instagram and TikTok, covering topics such as mental health and academic burnout. Monitored account analytics and engagement, and managed appointment scheduling.

1st Grade, Bunker Hill Elementary SchoolOffered one-on-one support in reading and math to students in need. Collaborated with teachers on lesson planning and classroom management techniques. Oversaw reading and math proficiency assessments and assisted with classroom placements.

Planned and led 40-minute tutoring sessions for non-native English speakers who aim to reach proficiency in English. Reviewed linguistic goals with clients and organized lesson plans to target these goals. Offered guidance to individuals in their language learning journey through constructive feedback and tailored practice.

Pre-K, Marie Reed Elementary SchoolVolunteered in a Spanish immersion pre-kindergarten for 8 hours/week during one semester. Guided small literacy groups to improve skills in native and target languages. Supervised enrichment activities, recess, and science and music specials.

Georgetown Memory Disorders Program (MDP)Assisted in Alzheimer’s research and prevention initiatives through clinical trial testing. Performed pre-screening calls to match participants to eligible studies through RedCap. Conducted database entry, solved data queries, scored cognitive batteries, and filed patient records.

Scheduled personal training appointments for existing clients and created memberships for new clients. Handled administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, filing paperwork, and managing client finances. Maintained the cleanliness and safety protocols of the gym to foster a healthy and safe environment.
