- Responsible for direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior reduction plans derived from Applied Behavioral Analysis for children diagnosed with autism spectrum or related disorder to create meaningful change. - Establish and maintain therapeutic relationship by pairing self as a reinforcing entity and building the value for the client of social interaction- Accurately collect behavior data including: frequency and duration of vocalization, scripting, elopement, and inputting collected data after each client session into Catalyst for up-to-date knowledge on client skill improvement- Increase frequency or duration of safe and appropriate replacement behaviors by providing access to reinforcers (desired actions/items, attention, or removal of demands/aversive situations)

- Introduce refugee families to the American school system, the norms, and expectations.- Obtain and fill out documents for new-coming refugees, such as the I-94, medical forms, and proof of residencies. - Enroll children K-12 in the school system.- Organize after school programs for refugee children, such as the "Rising Leaders" project for students to gain extra skills for school and the "Soccer Stars" program for children to practice soccer once a week.
