Primary areas of work and responsibility within own area of system responsibility:• Day-to-day management of the layout design process with regards to planning, quality, resources, tools and systems• Ensure that all documentation related to layout design is accurately prepared and maintained• Facilitate the development of the overall Layout and the 3D model• Coordinate inputs to the 3D model from Engineering and other stakeholders• Facilitate interaction and collaboration between Semco, structural designer and steel fabricator• Manage the team of designers and ensure good interaction between them and engineers• Facilitate design checks and reviews as necessary, ensuring that the inputs in the 3D model are of the highest quality• Ensure that the 3D model aligns with project requirements• Contribute to the development of the project schedule and budget

Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for technically complex projects• Ensure quality and robustness of tailor made customer solutions• Cross-departmental & divisional communication with key responsible to ensure project success• Updating financial forecasting in ERP system for the projects• Reporting of status to the Management team• Manage & execute assigned projects in accordance with the requirements of the contract• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities: • Active participation in project development from initial scope, through project execution, until completion• Calculation and dimensioning of machines, equipment, process lines• Setup of technical data in COMOS, advanced use of the system and database• Design and development of 3D plants in Autodesk Inventor• Use of leading 3D scanning technology for mapping of existing plants• Generation of 2D documentation e.g. layouts, hole and floor plans• Application of process knowledge for feed and biofuel process lines• Knowledge of technical standards and regulations• Interaction with customers' technical interface and to offer consulting to insure that the technical expectations are fulfilled
