CurrentPoint of contact between HQ VM/ Marketing, Sales dept. stores and supplier for everything is related to the renewal of the Ice Dunes Stores (Campaigns).Retail Visual Merchandising main tasks:• Implement of the Ice Dunes Visuals in all the stores worldwide• Communicate between HQ, market and suppliers• Approve store designs• Coordinate approval for flagship stores with markets and HQ managementLogistic Retail Renewal Decoration main tasks:• Coordinate the ordering and delivery of the renewal decoration of Swatch stores (wall advertising visuals)• Coordinate info flow among involved departments (Marketing, Retail dev., traffic, invoicing), suppliers and customers and set priorities for production• Check availability, timing of production and set a production schedule with suppliers• Handle in Swatch ERP and Retailnet of the full order processing: sales orders, purchase orders, prepay and release re-invoicing• Manage complaints • Evaluate the quality of the providers and evaluate new potential suppliers
