Together with the team, we have managed and delivered Rovio’s IR calendar, investor meetings and calls, and roadshow events and participated in investor conferences and other events. We have managed all IR communications, such as stock exchange & press releases, newsletters, and IR presentations for external and internal purposes. I have lately also supported our sustainability team by preparing a GRI gap analysis on our reporting, planning and designing the sustainability report, and assuming the responsibility for preparing the reporting process description, including data sources, responsibilities, and content definitions.I have contributed to developing Rovio's IR activities by, for example:- initiating the publication of a regular external IR newsletter on our investor website e.g. before and after quarterly results- making the consensus estimates and recommendations public on our investor website- initiating and preparing an internal quarterly reporting schedule, including all key activities and deliverables- developing IR reports delivered to the Board and shared across the organisation- facilitating document sharing and collaboration through cloud-based toolsStrong organisational skills, as well as an aptitude for a creative mind to think of new ways of doing IR communications have been essential in this role.
