- Inspiring, developing and leading, alongside with the General Management and elected officials, communication policies and actions, -Supervising creation, implementation and management of all communication media in line with the expectations of stakeholders (elected officials, communities, agents, partners, users-clients, schools, general public, etc.), - Support the digital transformation of the SDEA,- Ensure the development of network communication work with member communities, institutional actors of water and user representatives. For more than 80 years, the Alsace-Moselle Water and Sanitation Union has been working to meet the vital water needs of users. Today, 700 SDEA agents work every day to provide drinking water, ensure sanitation and support the Great Water Cycle for more than 1,070,000 inhabitants and 700 communities. As a replacement for maternity leave, my missions consisted in: - Ensuring travel information on all printed or on-board media (time sheets, stations displays, information and signage during disruptions, sound messages in trams, social networks and website ...). - Promote new products and services. Campaign for Badgeo Multi-card (multi-user), for CTS relays (sales in local shops), for Taxibus, for Hibus lines ... - Pilot external and digital communication (paper, social networks, commercial agency, events) and press releases. - Guarantee a quality customer relationship by enhancing the feedback, processing and response to users in multichannel (telephone, web and mails). Management of 3 teams (12 people) and budget of 400 K €.
