Key subject matter expert on permissioning for the biggest transformation in EPA Victoria's history, working on the operationalization of the Environment Protection Act 2017 using agile ways of working:• Transmission of core knowledge on new legislative framework, providing input into sub-legislation drafting, internal and external change management and communication; • Supporting and delivering the digital and business transformation: mentoring the permissioning delivery team, consistent decision making, maintaining efficient relationships with consultants; • Influencing and enabling executive leadership team decision making, policy drafting.

Leading the periodic review of standard licensing conditions used in over 650 licences, and in depth review of mining sector licences • Advertising the project: lead internal awareness campaign and challenged existing communication channels to develop a successful public webinar; • Managing internal resources: guiding technical experts, coordinating project team and partners, forecasting future resource needs, and managing senior leadership team expectations• Lead the review of licences and conditions: consolidated external and internal feedback from several parts of the organisation, and guided negotiations to reach best possible conclusion • Multiple acting team leader roles in the development assessment unit (up to 9 staff members).

I started by travelling in South East Asia (Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore) for a bit over 3 months, and then discovered the South of Australia, going from Perth to Sydney. I've always tried to travel in a sustainable way, preferring land travels to flying for example.Solo travelling was definitely a step outside of my comfort zone, and it taught me a lot about myself and my ability to deal with pretty much anything! CEPE is the European Council for the Paints, Printing Inks and Artists' colours Industry. • Management of CEPE sustainability groups - inform CEPE members of developments in sustainability and indoor air quality at European level (bio-based materials, EU Ecolabel ...), and manage follow up actions and feedback within the industry, or externally with other stakeholders (European Commission, Chemical Industry, etc.)• Management of CEPE sustainability projects - maintenance of CEPE life cycle inventory database and Ecofootprint tool; sectorial life cycle assessment studies• Project Leader Decorative Paints PEFCR - coordination between industry and stakeholders (European Commission, consultants, reviewers, suppliers; etc.); redaction of footprint calculation rules; dissemination of information; etc

Regulatory affairs• Follow up regulatory developments in sustainability, nanomaterials, indoor air quality, by being involved in various discussion groups at European level • Inform the paint, printing ink and artists' colour industry of developments at European level, and manage follow up actions and feedback within the industry or externally with other stakeholders (European Commission, Chemical Industry, etc.)Project manager• Completed a 2 years long, industry wide, Life Cycle Inventory project: coordination role between the consultant and the industry; deadline management; dissemination of information; contacts with the supply chain etc. • Coordination of various shorter-term projects for the association (revision of the Ecolabel, compilation of emission data for indoor air quality, etc.)
