I am a passionate professional who is focused upon work-based training through apprenticeships and other funded learning streams.During my career I have worked in a variety of roles and environments in these sectors including community care and secure mental health, training providers to employer care providers.This varied history has allowed me to develop a broad range of skills:Organisational;Management skills (Time management and Management of people);Communication and Interaction skills.Within my work role, I am expected to work within a team and independently, from this, I believe I have a very good working relationship with my colleagues and my opinion is valued. I consider myself able to motivate others as well as support, my colleagues, if in need. I believe myself to be hard-working and conscientious and not afraid to take on new challenges. Indeed I am keen to learn and broaden my knowledge base. I am very adaptable in an ever-changing working environment as this is a skill I require on a daily basis.
