At Coe Training Consultancy, I specialise in assessing adult education and ensuring the quality of both delivery and achievement as a qualified QA.. I collaborate with businesses as a consultant to help them develop effective apprenticeship strategies, guiding them on how to utilise their apprenticeship levy to its full potential. My focus is to support those businesses to up skill existing staff and create tailored development plans that not only enhance workforce capabilities but also contribute to the overall success and growth of their businesses.

Supporting and managing a group of quality assurers Nationally, this includes supporting them to meet KPI’s and develop those they are supporting. I am also responsible for the drive of quality within HITtraining/EDN/Connect2Care (this includes all standards, frameworks, commercial and ESF contracts across all divisions), ensuring that we meet multiple requirements. I work closely with operations and we ensure the correct running of both divisions and that they work well together for the benefit of the business, the needs of our employers and the learners themselves. I quality manage national accounts with specific relationship managers. I work with the sector lead to quality manage Care/HealthCare and Funeral Care. I have to ensure the Matrix Standard is maintained with regards to Information, advice and guidance evidencing this through the matrix self-assessment tool. I have a heavy involvement in any Ofsted inspections ensuring that we are maintaining ofsted specification requirements. I also ensure that throughout the quality division I am implementing and maintaining where possible the new ESFA apprenticeship accountability framework. I am a deputy safeguarding lead within the business to support those vulnerable adults/children that require additional support while on programme with us. I support the EQA visit function, ensuring that the information required for these to go ahead is accessible, accurate and up to date.

I progressed into the quality assurance department here, supporting the development of Trainer Assessors and quality assuring the work to ensure this meets requirements across all sectors for all Health and Social Care/Healthcare divisions against the AO requirements, EPAO’s while baring in mind all aspects of ESFA and OFSTED measures.

I started work at C0nnect2care as an assessor for Health and Social Care. Within this role I Delivered Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Certificate in Healthcare Support Services L2 and Diploma L3 in Healthcare Support Services. I also teach to groups of Care Staff short courses such as Infection Control, COSHH, Challenging Behavior. Along with this I delivered bespoke mental health courses to external organisations.

I worked at Learn Direct as an assessor for Health and Social Care. Within this role I delivered Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Providing care and rehabilitation for people with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour, within a CNB supported living accommodation to achieve daily tasks within the household and also social skills within the community on a daily basis.

Providing care and rehabilitation for people with: Learning Disabilities, Personality Disorders, Autism, Aspergers syndrome, Challenging Behaviour, and have a forensic history including those detained under the Mental Health Act. This facility is High and Medium secure.
