The Hospital Group of Seine-Saint-Denis employs 3500 non-medical staff. As its HR Director, I led the HR Department and was responsible for the administrative team (35 members) and implemented the quality management process for account certification (formalization and improvement of processes).I managed staff costs and wages to maximize budgeted resources : in the context of a 25 million euro deficit, analyzed the divergences from standard costs to negociate staff cuts in less efficient units. I steered restructuring and internal reorganization under the strategic plan (opened a new building composed of two intensive care units, a surgical theater, and outpatient surgical clinic; reorganized work hours in accordance with national law).

As the Administrative Director of the Geriatric Center, I coordinated several projects, I implemented policy to ensure quality of services, I opened of a post-surgical geriatric unit, and developed the “geriatric pathway” (from the GPs to the hospital and out).I was responsible for the nursing home (450 beds – 300 staff). I elaborated strategy to staff and served as administration representative to patients and family associations.As the Coordinator of the Juvenile Psychiatric Department, I improved cooperation with other state hospitals by creating a structure to optimize the healthcare offered and patient pathways through the mental health system. I tried to overcome the complexity of the actor’s map to improve the patient experience and guarantee response to healthcare needs.

During my internship at the Western Health and Social Care Trust (WHSCT) I was engaged in info sharing between European hospitals to develop innovative strategies under the rubric of : "aging patients, aging workers, multiple challenges".

During my internship, I evaluated the relevance of the creation of a specialized center for elderly patients needing orthopedic surgery. My report synthesized the research on the subject and defined the conditions (competences and material). My research allowed the opening of this center, which joined the internal medicine and the orthopedic surgery units. We opened a similar center in the hospitals of Chartres in 2013.
