Management de l'équipe de gestion des projets impliquant plusieurs de nos plateformes.

Chef de projets nécessitant l'expertise de plusieurs plateformes du réseau nantais dans le domaine de la thérapie génique. Gestion opérationnelle, relation client, aspects contractuels, administratifs et financiers.

Consortium de recherche intégrée sur le cancer, le SIRIC ILIAD réunit plus particulièrement les CHU de Nantes, Angers et l'ICO autour de la recherche fondamentale, clinique ainsi que des sciences humaines et sociales sur les cancers du sein et du myélome.

PHENOMIN (www.phenomin.fr) is founded by 3 major national nodes: the Institut Clinique de la Souris (ICS, Illkirch), the Transgenesis and Archiving of Animal Models (CDTA-SEAT-CIPA, Orléans, Villejuif) and the Centre for Immunophenomics (CIPHE, Marseille) that are devoted to serve the French community for the usage of mouse models. PHENOMIN constitutes a distributed resource for the creation, the care, the phenotyping, the distribution and archiving of animal models for academics and private corporations. PHENOMIN plays a key role in international networks as INFRAFRONTIER and IMPC.Some of my missions:- Define and execute the Infrastructure project and functionnement according to the missions, objectives, human and material ressources- Assist and advise the Direction, represent with internal and external partners- Set up and propose a budget, supervise its repartition and execution- Follow up and anlayze expenses- Animate corresponding peoples from the 3 Infrastructure centers to implement and follow up R&D, service activity, Infrastructure organization and functional implementation- Follow up on European and International programs- Implement quality management system for Infrastructure management (ISO 9001:2015)- Set up internal and external communication plans and actions- Initiate collaborations with other national infrastructures- Realize website specifications- Coordonate customer projects

BIOTechno Days have been organized in several French cities for more than 10 years.
