Specialized in healthcare management, I worked for six years as a manager in teaching hospitals in France, and ten years as a professor and researcher in healthcare management in France and Mexico, while completing a PhD. Due to my professional path, I see myself as a go-between, connecting the domains of education, research and management. I am currently collaborating with the Head of Administration and Finance at the Ministry of Health in Mexico City, in addition to teaching in master's degree programs. I want to collaborate in the development of social impact projects to improve health democracy and access to health care.As a manager, I seek to develop autonomous teams, co-creating meaning to deliver effective results for all stakeholders while enhancing individual growth.
