Co-founder of a volunteer voter engagement project that meticulously researched political candidates and pending legislation that served the community by providing unbiased education materials through social media graphics, downloadable voting guides, and streamed virtual discussions with candidates and activists. Facilitated virtual round tables, led a team of volunteer researchers, and collaborated with other co-founders on vision and direction. Currently reimagining this project based on what is needed with what we have to offer.

Oversaw NCAA compliance activities relating to recruiting, travel, and academic eligibility. Managed all travel logistics and finances for meets, recruiting, and training trips for up to 65 student-athletes, coaches, and support staff. Designed and executed a comprehensive training plan that included goal meetings, in-water workouts, on-land strength & conditioning, and strategically placed competitions with consideration of academic workload for individual athletes and accounting for the overall team training plan and goals.
